Author Guidelines.
Full papers go through a double-blind peer-review after October 18. Our production team will contact you once review reports are in.
The paper must be an original unpublished work written in English. It should neither be published before nor be under consideration for publication in another conference proceedings or journal.
Authors, whose names appear on the paper have contributed sufficiently to the scientific work and therefore share collective responsibility and accountability for the results. Co-authored papers should not have more than 5 authors.
All papers are subjected to a double-blind, peer-review process. Each submission is first reviewed by the conference editors, who may reject it if it does not deal with the subject matter of the conference, does not meet the requirements, or is of low quality. In the second stage, the paper is sent to an independent reviewer.
The paper is successfully submitted if the author receives a confirmation e-mail. After final acceptance, authors sign the copyright declaration as the final condition for publication.
