Five key dates structure the 2026 cycle. The conference runs 7–8 October 2026 at the Aphrodite Palace.

  1. Stage 1 · September

    20 September 2026

    Abstract and registration form submission.
    Both go in via your conference account.

  2. Stage 2 · September

    25 September 2026

    Notification of abstract acceptance.
    Authors are emailed the editorial decision.

  3. Stage 3 · September

    25 September 2026

    Payment of conference fee.
    Bank transfer details on the Registration & Fees page.

  4. Conference dates

    7 — 8 October 2026

    In person at the Hotel Aphrodite Palace, Rajecké Teplice.
    Two days of plenary and parallel sessions.

  5. Stage 4 · October

    18 October 2026

    Final paper submission.
    The peer-review process begins after this date.
