* The reduced fee of 203,25 € applies to passive (publication-only) participation by institutions registered in an EU member state other than Slovakia, provided they hold a valid VAT identification number (reverse charge mechanism).
Registration is handled via your conference account. Name, email, affiliation (institution / department / city / country) and participation type are captured at sign-up.
VAT & examples
Registration fees follow EU tax rules. Active participation is charged uniformly across all entities. For passive (publication-only) participation, the fee depends on whether an EU institution holds a valid VAT identification number. Non-EU participants follow the non-EU rates shown in the table.
